摘要
作为数字技术时代涌现的一种新生态系统范式,数字创业生态系统吸引了实务界和学术界的极大关注.然而,相关研究仍处于探索阶段,对数字创业生态系统特性的清晰认识以及相应的测量量表较为匮乏,需要进一步研究以推动相关领域发展.本文应用社会技术系统理论,结合探索性多案例研究与理论分析,以长沙马栏山视频文创园和杭州云栖小镇内企业为案例样本,提炼数字创业生态系统特性的3个维度分别为灵活性、融合性和衍生性.在此基础上,通过理论归纳形成初始量表,并应用实证研究方法对100份预调研问卷数据和413份正式调研问卷数据进行分析,最终开发出符合信效度检验的数字创业生态系统特性量表.研究结果有助于完善相关领域对数字创业生态系统特性的整体性见解,为构建数字创业生态系统理论奠定基础,并通过提供相应的测量工具,有益于数字创业生态系统领域由理论探究延伸至实证分析研究.同时,也为企业管理者、数字创业生态系统构建者和相关部门提供实践参考.
Abstract
The digital entrepreneurial ecosystem,as a new paradigm in the digital technology era,has garnered significant attention from both practitioners and academics.However,the relevant research is still in the exploratory stage,the dimension and measurement of digital entrepreneurship ecosystem's attributes are deficient in academia.Further research is needed to drive the development of related fields.Based on the socio-technical system theory,combining exploratory multi-case study,including enterprises in Malan Mountain Video Cultural Innovation Park and the Cloud Town in Hangzhou,it aimed to explore the core dimensions and refine the attributes of digital entrepreneurial ecosystem,i.e.flexibility,convergence and derivability.Preliminary scale was developed through theoretical induction,meanwhile,the data of 100 pre-survey questionnaires and 413 formal survey questionnaires were analyzed using the empirical research method,for obtaining a digital entrepreneurship ecosystem'attributes scale.The results enrich the holistic insights of the digital entrepreneurial ecosystem's attributes,lay a foundation for constructing the theory of digital entrepreneurial ecosystem,and benefit to extend the field of digital entrepreneurial ecosystem from theoretical exploration to empirical analysis by providing corresponding measurement tools.Besides,it provides practical guidance for the enterprise managers,digital entrepreneurship ecosystem constructors and relevant departments.
