Top Management Team Task-Related Faultlines,Dynamic Capabilities and Growth Enterprise Market Firms'Digital Transformation
Based on upper echelon theory and strategic choice theory,it explored the relationship between top management team(TMT)task-related faultlines(TRFs)and Growth Enterprise Market(GEM)firms'digital transformation, and empirically examined the mediating effect of dynamic capabilities and the moderating effect of CEO openness. The results show that TMT TRFs have an inverted U-shaped effect on GEM firms'dynamic capabilities and digital transformation;dynamic capabilities have significant mediating effect in the above inverted U-shaped relationship between TMT TRFs and GEM firms'digital transformation;CEO openness has a moderating effect on the relationship between TMT TRFs and GEM firms'dynamic capabilities. The research findings contribute to a deeper understanding of the mechanism by which TMT TRFs influence GEM firms'digital transformation, thereby enriching the research achievements in the field of firms'digital transformation.
