在推动高水平科技自立自强,服务大学高质量发展的背景下,高水平研究型大学需进一步明确大学创新体系的角色定位,营造创新生态,加强有组织科研.本文结合清华大学科研管理实践,提出高水平研究型大学创新体系的独特价值,即发挥知识流转枢纽作用、服务国家重大战略需求、协作应对全球共同挑战,并论述了在推进有组织科研背景下,高水平研究型大学创新体系的建设路径,以期为高校完善大学创新体系,服务有组织科研,实现高水平科技自立自强提供理论支撑.
Abstract
In the context of promoting high-level science and technology self-reliance and serving the high-quality development of universities,high-level research-oriented universities need to further clarify the role positioning of the university's innovation system,create an innovation ecosystem,and strengthen organized scientific research.Based on the scientific research management experience of Tsinghua University,it proposed that the unique value of the university innovation system,which included giving full play to a pivotal role of university in knowledge dissemination system,serving major national strategic needs,and tackling common global challenges.It further discussed the construction pathways for the innovation system of high-level research-oriented universities in the context of the organized scientific research,with the aims of providing theoretical support for universities to perfect their innovation systems,serve organized scientific research,and achieve high-level scientific and technological self-reliance and self-improvement.
