Exploration and Prospect for Microfoundations Research in Innovation-Driven Entrepreneurship——A Review of the Second Conference on Microfoundations of Strategy and Entrepreneurship
A systematic study of the microfoundations of strategy and entrepreneurship,and promoting the integration and fusion of micro and macro perspectives,is the fundamental way to achieve high-quality development in strategy and entrepreneurship research.Based on the keynote speeches delivered by scholars at the Second Conference on Microfoundations of Strategy and Entrepreneurship,it explored the nature,necessity,existing research,future research directions of microfoundations in innovation-driven entrepreneurship.It suggests that research on innovation-driven entrepreneurship must pay close attention to novel contexts,adopt interdisciplinary approaches,and systematically examine the complex interplay between micro-level elements and macro-level behaviors in dynamic,multi-agent settings from a holistic,dynamic,and cross-level perspective.
