基于CCD相机的焊机对中控制系统研究

摘要
焊机带钢对中控制系统是保证带钢焊接质量及生产线连续生产的关键部分,通过平行调整机构、横向调整机构先后实现前后带钢的纠偏调整及中心线对齐.本文详述了对中系统组成、平行调整原理,重点研究了基于CCD相机的横向调整控制算法及CCD相机调整标定方法,并针对焊机横向调整控制系统在实际应用中的不足,提出横向调整对中优化措施,提高带钢对中的精准性,降低对中偏差大引起的带钢跑偏停车故障率,保证了生产线的连续生产.
Abstract
The welder centering control system is the key part of line strip smoothing connection and effective welding,which can implement the deviation adjustment and center-line parallelization by parallel adjusting and transverse adjusting.The paper introduces the composition of the centering adjust system and the principle of parallel adjustment principle,and then focuses on the control algorithm of transverse adjustment based on CCD camera and CCD camera adjust-calibration method.Moreover,considering the deficiency of the cross adjustment control system of welding machine in practical application,an optimization measure is provided in this paper,which improves the strip centering precision,reduces the failure rate of stop-working of line due to the large strip centering bias and guarantees the line continuous production.
