在"一包到底"模式中,高炉每次出铁量波动很大是尾包产生的主要原因,其处理方式对铁水的KR进站温度有直接的影响.对唐钢新区的尾包处理方式进行了深入的研究,并通过系统考虑出铁量、铁口状态和铁水罐位置等多种因素,提出了一种高效、实时、最优的尾包转场决策推荐技术.在唐钢新区的实际应用表明,该技术显著优化了尾包的处理流程,不仅提高了铁水罐的周转率,还有效提升了尾包的转场率和尾包铁水的KR进站温度.通过人机交互界面大大降低了操作人员的决策难度和决策时间,提高了生产过程的自动化和智能化水平.尾包转场模式优化及智能决策对于提升铁钢界面生产的连续性和稳定性具有重要意义,展示了大数据和智能化技术在现代钢铁生产中的应用潜力.本研究为钢铁行业的绿色化发展和智能化升级提供了有价值的参考和实践案例.
Research and application of decision-making optimization for molten iron ladle tail ladle transfer
In the"One Ladle to the End"mode,due to the large iron output of the blast furnace each time,the generation of tail ladle is inevitable,and its treatment method has a direct impact on the KR entry temperature of the molten iron.An in-depth study on the tail ladle processing method in Tangs-han Iron and Steel New Area was conducted,and an efficient,real-time,and optimal tail ladle transi-tion decision recommendation technology was proposed by systematically considering and analyzing various factors such as iron output,taphole status,and ladle location.Practical application in Tangs-han Iron and Steel New Area shows that this technology has significantly optimized the processing process of the tail ladle,not only improving the turnover rate of the molten iron ladle,but also effec-tively improving the transition rate of the tail ladle and the KR entry temperature of the molten iron in the tail ladle.Moreover,the human-computer interaction interface greatly reduces the operator's deci-sion-making difficulty and time,and improves the automation and intelligence level of the production process.The optimization of the tail ladle transition mode and intelligent decision-making are of great significance to improving the continuity and stability of iron-steel interface production,demonstrating the application potential of big data and intelligent technology in modern steel production.This study provides valuable reference and practical cases for the green development and intelligent upgrading of the iron and steel industry.
