摘要

炼铁-炼钢界面作为钢铁生产全流程中的重要环节,涵盖高炉出铁、摆罐、铁罐运输、KR进站等过程,各工序间工艺路径复杂、生产场景复杂、异常场景众多、调度规则复杂.为了更好地满足生产实际需要,炼铁-炼钢动态调度系统改变了原有低效的沟通调度方式,以提高高炉、铁运、炼钢节奏匹配度、调度效率,提供科学高效的调度方法为目标,利用动态调度系统提升炼铁-炼钢界面各环节调度能力.在融合已有调度规则的基础上,根据复杂多变的实际工况进行灵活调整,实现炼铁与炼钢协同动态调度.

Abstract

As an important link in the whole process of iron and steel production,the ironmaking-steelmaking interface covers the processes of blast furnace ironmaking,ladle allocation,ladle trans-portation,and KR station entry.The technological paths between the various procedures are compli-cated,the production scenes are complex,there are many abnormal situations,and the scheduling rules are complicated.In order to better meet the actual production needs,the dynamic scheduling system of ironmaking-steelmaking has changed the original inefficient communication and scheduling methods.With the goal of improving the coordination of blast furnace tapping operation,iron transpor-tation,and steelmaking processes,enhancing scheduling efficiency,and to provide scientific and effi-cient scheduling methods,the dynamic scheduling system is utilized to enhance the scheduling capa-bilities of the ironmaking-steelmaking interface.By flexibly adjusting based on the complex and chan-ging actual operating conditions while integrating existing scheduling rules,collaborative dynamic scheduling between ironmaking and steelmaking is achieved.
