铸轧协同下的板坯库动态调度策略研究

连铸板坯的高热装率意味着减少加热炉的能源消耗,降低库存成本,可以为企业带来显著的经济效益.板坯库是衔接连铸与热轧工序的缓冲环节,为了提高热装率,必须提升板坯库的物流效率.针对铸轧协同下板坯库的高效运转问题,提出了板坯库动态调度系统的整体架构,以及出入库调度策略和天车调度策略,并开发了板坯库动态调度系统软件.系统经过现场实际运行后,验证了本文提出的架构和调度策略的有效性,减少了出库倒垛量,均衡了天车运力,提高了板坯上线效率.
Research on slab yard dynamic scheduling strategy under casting and rolling collaboration
The high hot charging rate of continuous casting slabs means reduced energy consumption in the heating furnace and lower inventory costs,which can bring significant economic benefits to the enterprise.The slab yard is a buffer link connecting the continuous casting and hot rolling processes.In order to increase the hot charging rate,the logistics efficiency of the slab yard must be improved.Aiming at the efficient operation of the slab yard under the cooperation of casting and rolling,the overall architecture of the slab yard dynamic scheduling system,as well as the inbound and outbound scheduling strategy and the crane scheduling strategy were proposed,and the slab yard dynamic scheduling system software was developed.After actual on-site operation of the system,the effective-ness of the architecture and scheduling strategy proposed in this article was verified,reducing the amount of outbound stacking,balancing the crane capacity,and improving the slab on-line efficiency.
