地奥心血康胶囊联合瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗急性心肌梗死患者的效果观察

摘要
目的 观察地奥心血康胶囊联合瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗急性心肌梗死患者的效果.方法 94例急性心肌梗死患者随机分为两组,传统组给予瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗,联合组在传统组基础上给予地奥心血康胶囊治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、心功能指标以及血清因子水平.结果 联合组的总有效率为97.87％,高于传统组的80.85％(P＜0.05).治疗后,联合组的CO、LVEF、E/A值均高于传统组,LVESD以及NT-proBNP、α-HBD、CK-MB、MPO、cTnI水平均低于传统组(P＜0.05).结论 地奥心血康胶囊联合瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗急性心肌梗死患者可有效改善其心功能,降低血清因子水平.
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Di'ao Xinxuekang capsules combined with rosuvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods 94 patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into two groups.The traditional group was treated with rosuvastatin calcium tablets,and the combined group was treated with Di'ao Xinxuekang capsules on the basis of the traditional group.The therapeutic effect,cardiac function indicators and serum factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was 97.87％,higher than 80.85％ of the traditional group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the CO,LVEF and E/A value of the combined group were higher than those of the traditional group,and the LVESD and the levels of NT-proBNP,α-HBD,CK-MB,MPO and cTnI were lower than those of the traditional group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Di'ao Xinxuekang capsules combined with rosuvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction can effectively improve their cardiac function and reduce the levels of serum factors.
