Analysis on the Diagnostic Value of 1.5T Magnetic Resonance Cholangiopancreatography and Abdominal CT in Gallstones
Objective To explore the diagnotic value of 1.5T magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography and abdominal CT in gallstones. Methods 200 patients with suspected gallstones admitted to our hospital from September 2020 to March 2023 were selected and given 1.5T magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography and abdominal CT.Taking surgical pathological examination results as the gold standard, the consistency of two examination methods in the diagnosis of gallstones was analyzed, and the diagnostic efficacy was compared. Results Among 200 patients with suspected gallstones,183 cases were diagnosed as gallstones by surgical pathological examination, with a detection rate of 91.5%.κ test analysis results showed abdominal CT had general consistency with surgical pathological examination(κ = 0.643,P<0.05).Magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography had higher consistency with surgical pathological examination(κ = 0.904,P<0.05).The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of Magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography in the diagnosis of gallstones were higher than those of abdominal CT(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared to abdominal CT,1.5T magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography in the diagnosis of gallstones has higher accuracy, which can provide more reliable data reference for physicians to formulate subsequent treatment plans, with significant application value.
