摘要

目的 探讨 3D智能打印股骨截骨辅助全膝关节置换(TKA)治疗膝外翻骨关节炎的效果.方法 将我院 2018 年 7月至 2021 年 7 月收治的 88 例膝外翻骨关节炎患者分为对照组(单纯TKA治疗)与观察组(3D智能打印股骨截骨辅助TKA).比较两组的手术指标、膝关节功能.结果 观察组手术时间短于对照组,失血量少于对照组(P<0.05).术后 1 个月,两组股胫角小于术前,且观察组股胫角小于对照组(P<0.05).术后 1 个月两组KOOS各项评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05).结论 3D智能打印股骨截骨辅助TKA治疗膝外翻骨关节炎的手术时间较短,失血量较少,可促进患者膝关节功能及下肢力线的恢复.

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of 3D intelligent printing femoral osteotomy assisted total knee arthroplasty(TKA)in the treatment of knee valgus osteoarthritis.Methods 88 patients with knee valgus osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2021 were divided into control group(simple TKA)and observation group(3D intelligent printing femoral osteotomy assisted TKA).The surgical indicators and knee function of the two groups were compared.Results The surgical time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the blood loss was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).1 month after surgery,the femur-tibia angle of both groups were smaller than those before surgery,and the femur-tibia angle of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05).1 month after surgery,no statistical difference was found in the KOOS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions 3D intelligent printing femoral osteotomy assisted TKA in the treatment of knee valgus osteoarthritis has short surgical time and less blood loss,which can promote the recovery of knee joint function and lower limb force line.
