Impact of Radiofrequency Catheter Ablation on Cardiac Function in Patients with Atrial Fibrillation Complicated with Heart Failure
Objective To explore the impact of radiofrequency catheter ablation on cardiac function in patients with atrial fibrillation complicated with heart failure. Methods 150 patients with atrial fibrillation complicated with heart failure admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to September 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to parity order. The control group was treated with drugs, and the observation group was treated with radiofrequency catheter ablation. The cardiac function was compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the LAD,LVEDD,LVESD and NT-proBNP of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the LVEF was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The cardiac function grade of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Radiofrequency catheter ablation can improve the cardiac function of patients with atrial fibrillation complicated with heart failure.
