Value of Ultrasound Combined with Serum RDW and ApoA1 in the Diagnosis of Severe Acute Pancreatitis
Objective To explore the value of ultrasound combined with serum red blood cell distribution width(RDW)and apolipoprotein A1(ApoA1)in the diagnosis of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Methods 80 AP patients admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected as observation group, and divided into MAP group(n = 52)and SAP group(n = 28).80 healthy people were selected as control group. The RDW and ApoA1 levels of the two groups were detected by ultrasound, and the value of ultrasound combined with RDW and ApoA1 in the diagnosis of SAP was analyzed. Results The RDW of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the ApoA1 was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The RDW of the SAP group was higher than that of the MAP group, and ApoA1 level was lower than that of the MAP group(P<0.05).The AUC of ultrasound,RDW combined with ApoA1 in the diagnosis of SAP were 0.889,higher than 0.733,0.739 and 0.741 for single detection(P<0.05).Conclusions Ultrasound combined with RDW and ApoA1 has higher value in the diagnosis of SAP,and can improve the detection rate of SAP.
