Pelvic Floor Ultrasound Assessment of the Impact of Pregnancy,Delivery and Pelvic Floor Muscle Exercise on Pelvic Floor Function in Puerperae
Objective To explore the pelvic floor ultrasound assessment of the impact of pregnancy, delivery and pelvic floor muscle exercise on pelvic floor function in puerperae. Methods 104 puerperae admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n = 50)and study group(n = 54)according to the different intervention methods. The control group was given routine pregnancy guidance and nursing, while the study group was given additional pelvic floor muscle exercise after 28 weeks of gestation. The pelvic floor function and pelvic floor ultrasound results at 8 weeks after delivery were compared between the two groups. Results The pelvic floor muscle strength level of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the incidence of stress urinary incontinence was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The CD,LHD-d,LHLR-d,RAD and BND of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Pelvic floor ultrasound can evaluate the pelvic floor function of puerperae with pelvic floor muscle exercise.Pelvic floor muscle exercise can significantly improve the pelvic floor function of puerperae, reduce the changes in pelvic structure and the incidence of stress urinary incontinence.
