Clinical Effect of En-Bloc Resection of Bladder Tumor in the Treatment of Non-Invasive Bladder Cancer
Objective To explore the clinical effect of en-bloc resection of bladder tumor(ERBT)in the treatment of non-invasive bladder cancer. Methods 60 patients with non-invasive bladder cancer were randomly divided into study group(n =30)and control group(n = 30).The control group was treated with transurethral resection of bladder tumor(TURBT),and the study group was treated with ERBT.The perioperative indicators, complications and recurrence of the two groups were compared. Results The bladder irrigation time, operation time, indwelling catheter time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications and recurrence rate in the study group were 6.67%and 3.33%,respectively,lower than 30.00%and 26.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with TURBT,ERBT in the treatment of non-invasive bladder cancer can significantly shorten the bladder irrigation time, operation time, indwelling catheter time and hospitalization time, and reduce the intraoperative blood loss, incidence of complications and recurrence rate.
