Impact of Ivabradine Combined with Digoxin on Myocardial Injury Markers and Heart Rate Turbulence in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure
Objective To explore the impact of ivabradine combined with digoxin on myocardial injury markers and heart rate turbulence in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods 88 CHF patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to February 2023 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n = 44)and observation group(n = 44).In addition to routine drug treatment, the control group was treated with digoxin, and the observation group was treated with ivabradine combined with digoxin. The levels of myocardial injury markers[troponin I(cTnI),N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)and creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)]and heart rate turbulence parameters[turbulence onset(TO),turbulence slope(TS)]were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the cTnI,NT-proBNP and CK-MB levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the cTnI,NT-proBNP and CK-MB levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the TO of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the TS were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05);The TO of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the TS was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Ivabradine combined with digoxin can significantly reduce myocardial injury and control heart rate turbulence in CHF patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
