Clinical Study on Reduning Injection Combined with Azithromycin in the Treatment of Children with Mycoplasma Pneumonia
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Reduning injection combined with azithromycin in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods 150 children with mycoplasma pneumonia were selected and divided into reference group(75 cases, azithromycin)and study group(75 cases,Reduning injection combined with azithromycin)according to different treatment methods. The treatment effects was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 93.33%,higher than 82.67%in the reference group(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment, the body temperature recovery time, cough disappearance time, rale disappearance time and chest X-ray absorption time of the study group were shorter than those of the reference group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions(6.67%vs.5.33%)between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Reduning injection combined with azithromycin in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia has significant effect, which can significantly shorten the improvement time of clinical symptoms with higher safety.
