多感官刺激训练配合言语训练对伴智力低下孤独症谱系障碍患儿康复效果的影响

目的 探讨多感官刺激训练配合言语训练对伴智力低下孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)患儿康复效果的影响.方法 将 82例伴智力低下ASD患儿随机分为两组各 41 例.对照组予以言语训练,观察组予以多感官刺激训练配合言语训练.比较两组患儿的智力水平及行为状况.结果 干预后,观察组中国韦氏儿童智力表(WISC-R)的语言智商(VIQ)、操作智商(PIQ)和总智商(FIQ)评分均高于对照组,孤独症儿童行为检查量表(ABC)的感觉、交往、语言、运动、自理评分及总分均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 多感官刺激训练配合言语训练可提升伴智力低下ASD患儿的智力水平,改善其行为状况,值得临床推广.
Impact of Multi-Sensory Stimulation Training Combined with Speech Training on the Rehabilitation Effect of Children with Intellectual Disability and Autism Spectrum Disorder
Objective To explore the impact of multi-sensory stimulation training combined with speech training on the rehabilitation effect of children with intellectual disability and autism spectrum disorder(ASD).Methods 82 children with intellectual disability and ASD were randomly divided into two groups,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given speech training,and the observation group was given multi-sensory stimulation training combined with speech training.The intelligence level and behavior status of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the VIQ,PIQ and FIQ scores of WISC-R in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the sensation,communication,language,exercise,self-care scores and total score of ABC were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Multi-sensory stimulation training combined with speech training can improve the intelligence level and behavior status of children with intellectual disability and ASD,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
