Impact of Multi-Sensory Stimulation Training Combined with Speech Training on the Rehabilitation Effect of Children with Intellectual Disability and Autism Spectrum Disorder
Objective To explore the impact of multi-sensory stimulation training combined with speech training on the rehabilitation effect of children with intellectual disability and autism spectrum disorder(ASD).Methods 82 children with intellectual disability and ASD were randomly divided into two groups, with 41 cases in each group. The control group was given speech training, and the observation group was given multi-sensory stimulation training combined with speech training. The intelligence level and behavior status of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the VIQ,PIQ and FIQ scores of WISC-R in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the sensation,communication,language,exercise,self-care scores and total score of ABC were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Multi-sensory stimulation training combined with speech training can improve the intelligence level and behavior status of children with intellectual disability and ASD,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
