Clinical Study on Atorvastatin Calcium Combined with Amlodipine Besylate in the Treatment of Atherosclerosis
Objective To explore the clinical effect of atorvastatin calcium combined with amlodipine besylate in the treatment of atherosclerosis. Methods 74 patients with atherosclerosis admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected and randomly divided into control group(37 cases, amlodipine besylate)and observation group(37 cases, atorvastatin calcium combined with amlodipine besylate). The treatment effect, blood lipid level and lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(LP-PLA2)level were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment and HDL-C level in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the TC,TG,LDL-C and LP-PLA2 levels were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Atorvastatin calcium combined with amlodipine besylate in the treatment of atherosclerosis has significant effect, and also has positive effect on the regulation of lipid metabolism and improvement of vascular inflammatory state in patients.
