Effect of Ziprasidone Combined with Dexzopiclone in the Treatment of Schizophrenia Complicated with Sleep Disorders
Objective To explore the effect of ziprasidone combined with dexzopiclone in the treatment of schizophrenia(SCH)complicated with sleep disorders.Methods 100 patients with SCH complicated with sleep disorders admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to April 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the enrollment order.The control group was treated with ziprasidone,and the observation group was treated with ziprasidone combined with dexzopiclone.The sleep quality and mental state of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality index(PSQI)and positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the sleep latency and wake time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the NREM time was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).Results Ziprasidone combined with dexzopiclone in the treatment of SCH complicated with sleep disorders can improve the sleep quality and mental state of patients,and prolong the sleep time.
