Impact of Tiaoqi Huoxue Jieyu Decoction on the Daily Living Ability and Recent Prognosis of Patients with Stroke of Blood Stasis Liver Depression Type
Objective To explore the imapct of Tiaoqi Huoxue Jieyu Decoction on the daily living ability and recent prognosis of patients with stroke of blood stasis liver depression type.Methods 90 patients with stroke of blood stasis liver depression type admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,while the observation group was treated with self-designed Tiaoqi Huoxue Jieyu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The TCM syndrome score,daily living ability,recent prognosis,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the daily living ability score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Following up for 90 days,and the mRS score of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the good prognosis rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Tiaoqi Huoxue Jieyu Decoction can alleviate the clinical symptoms,improve the daily living ability and prognosis of patients with stroke of blood stasis liver depression type,with high safety.
