Effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with Metoprolol in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease and the Impact on Cardiac Function
Objective To analyze the effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with metoprolol in the treatment of coronary heart disease and the impact on cardiac function.Methods 80 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into groups.The control group was only treated with metoprolol,and the observation group was treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,cardiac function and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,higher than 77.50%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the LVESD and LVEDD of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the LVEF was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with metoprolol has better effect in the treatment of coronary heart disease,which can effectively relieve the symptoms of angina pectoris in patients,improve the cardiac function,and is safe and reliable.
