Observation on Clinical Effect of Maxing Shigan Decoction Combined with Ceftazidime in the Treatment of Children with Bronchopneumonia
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Maxing Shigan Decoction combined with ceftazidime in the treatment of children with bronchopneumonia. Methods 100 children with bronchopneumonia were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with ceftazidime, while the observation group was treated with Maxing Shigan Decoction combined with ceftazidime. The treatment effect, inflammatory indicators, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 98.00%,higher than 82.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the PCT,CRP and IL-6 levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Maxing Shigan Decoction combined with ceftazidime has better effect in the treatment of children with bronchopneumonia, can promote the resolution of symptoms, improve the inflammatory state, and reduce the adverse reactions, with significant clinical value.
