Clinical Study of Xiaochaihu Decoction in the Treatment of Exogenous Fever(Pathogenic Depression Shaoyang Syndrome)
Objective To analyze the effect of Xiaochaihu decoction in the treatment of exogenous fever(pathogenic depression shaoyang syndrome).Methods 60 cases of patients with exceptional fever admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to November 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to parity order.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Xiaochaihu decoction.The treatment effect,symptom disappearance time and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,higher than 73.33%of the control group(P<0.05).The symptom disappearance time of observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TNF-α and IL-1β levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Xiaochaihu decoction has ieal effect in the treatment of exogenous fever(pathogenic depression shaoyang syndrome),which can improve the symptoms rapidly and inhibit the body inflammatory factors.
