金振口服液联合肺泡灌洗治疗难治性支原体肺炎儿童的效果观察

摘要
目的 探讨金振口服液联合肺泡灌洗治疗难治性支原体肺炎儿童的效果.方法 选择 2020 年 1 月至 2021 年 9 月我院收治的难治性支原体肺炎患儿 89 例,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组(30 例)和观察组(59 例).对照组予以肺泡灌洗治疗,观察组采用金振口服液联合肺泡灌洗治疗.比较两组的临床疗效、炎性反应[C反应蛋白(CRP)及降钙素原(PCT)]、症状消失时间、不良反应.结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,治疗后CRP、PCT水平低于对照组,发热、咳嗽、喘鸣音症状消失时间短于对照组(P＜0.05).两组的不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P＞0.05).结论 金振口服液联合肺泡灌洗治疗难治性支原体肺炎儿童的效果确切,可缓解临床症状,减轻炎性反应,且安全性高.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Jinzhen oral liquid combined with alveolar lavage in the treatment of children with refractory mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods 89 children with refractory mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to September 2021 were selected and divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(59 cases)according to different treatment methods.The control group received alveolar lavage,and the observation group received Jinzhen oral liquid combined with alveolar lavage.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory reactions(CRP,PCT),symptom disappearance time and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the CRP and PCT levels after treatment were lower than those in the control group,and the disappearance time of fever,cough and wheezing symptoms was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Jinzhen oral liquid combined with alveolar lavage in the treatment of refractory mycoplasma pneumonia in children has exact effect,which can alleviate the clinical symptoms and inflammatory reactions,with higher safety.
