Impact of Polyene Phosphatidylcholine Combined with Danning Tablets on Clinical Symptoms and Liver Function in Patients with Alcoholic Fatty Liver
Objective To explore the impact of polyene phosphatidylcholine combined with Danning tablets on clinical symptoms and liver function in patients with alcoholic fatty liver. Methods 80 cases of patients with alcoholic fatty liver were randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with polyene phosphatidylcholine, and the observation group was treated with polyene phosphatidylcholine combined with Danning tablets. The treatment effect, liver function, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%,higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the liver function and MCV levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Polyene phosphatidylcholine combined with Danning tablets in the treatment of patients with alcoholic fatty liver has better effect, can improve the liver function, with higher medication safety, which is worthy of promotion and application.
