Observation on the Clinical Effect of Lipoic Acid Combined with Pancreatic Kininogenase Needle in the Treatment of Diabetic Foot Ulcers Complicated with Infection
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of lipoic acid combined with pancreatic kininogenase needle in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers complicated with infection. Methods 80 patients with diabetic foot ulcers complicated with infection admitted to our hospital from September 2020 to July 2023 were selected and randomly divded into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. Both groups received conventional treatment. The control group was treated with lipoic acid, and the observation group was treated with lipoic acid combined with pancreatic kininogenase needle. The clinical efficacy, serum inflammatory factors, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.50%,higher than 67.50%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the serum TNF-α and CRP levels of the two groups decreased, and the serum TNF-α and CRP levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Lipoic acid combined with pancreatic kininogenase needle in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers complicated with infection can effectively improve the clinical efficacy without increasing obvious adverse reactions.
