Effect of Compound Brain Peptide Ganglioside Combined with Xueshuantong in the Treatment of Ischemic Stroke
Objective To explore the effect of compound brain peptide ganglioside combined with Xueshuantong in the treatment of ischemic stroke(IS).Methods 80 IS patients admitted to our hospital from February 2023 to October 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to lottery method.The control group was treated with Xueshuantong,and the observation group was treated with compound brain peptide ganglioside combined with Xueshuantong.The treatment effect,cognitive function,daily living ability and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results No statistical difference was found in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the MMSE and BI scores of the two groups increased,and the MMSE and BI scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the IL-10 levels of the two groups increased,and the TNF-α and NSE levels decreased(P<0.05);The IL-10 level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the TNF-α and NSE levels were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compound brain peptide ganglioside combined with Xueshuantong can improve the cognitive function and daily living ability of IS patients,and inhibit the inflammatory factors.
