益肾固冲汤联合地屈孕酮治疗先兆流产的效果

摘要
目的 探讨益肾固冲汤联合地屈孕酮治疗先兆流产的临床效果.方法 选取 2022 年 7 月至 2023 年 6 月本院收治的300 例先兆流产患者,按照入组奇偶顺序分为观察组与对照组.对照组采用地屈孕酮治疗,观察组采用益肾固冲汤联合地屈孕酮治疗.比较两组的临床效果、中医证候积分及血清指标.结果 观察组治疗总有效率为 96.67%,高于对照组的 82.00%(P＜0.05).治疗后,观察组的中医证候积分低于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后,观察组的β-HCG、P、E2 水平高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 益肾固冲汤联合地屈孕酮治疗先兆流产的临床效果较好,可改善患者的症状,调节激素表达.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yishenguchong Decoction combined with dydrogestsrone in the treatment of threatened abortion.Methods 300 patients with threatened abortion admitted to our hospital from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the parity order.The control group was treated with dydrogestsrone,and the observation group was treated with dydrogestsrone combined with Yishenguchong Decoction.The clinical effect,score of TCM symptoms and serum indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67%,higher than 82.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of TCM symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the β-HCG,P and E2 levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Yishenguchong Decoction combined with dydrogesterone has better clinical effect in the treatment of threatened abortion,which can improve the symptoms of patients and regulate the expression of hormones.
