Effect of Montelukast Sodium Combined with Gamma Globulin in the Treatment of Children with Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia and the Impact on the Immune Function
Objective To explore the effect of montelukast sodium combined with gamma globulin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP)and the effect on immune function. Methods 90 MPP children admitted to our hospital from November 2022 to October 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to lottery method. The control group received conventional treatment, and the observation group was treated with montelukast sodium combined with gamma globulin on the basis of control group. The treatment effect, lung function and immune function were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 91.11%,higher than 68.89%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the V-T,t-PTEF/t-E and MTIF/MTEF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the IgG,IgA and IgM levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Montelukast sodium combined with gamma globulin has obvious effect in the treatment of MPP,which can improve the lung function and immune function of children.
