Observation on the Effect of Perioperative High-Quality Nursing for Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis Surgery
Objective To explore the effect of perioperative high-quality nursing for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis surgery. Methods 106 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to January 2022 were selected and randomly divided into high-quality nursing group(53 cases, routine nursing + high-quality nursing)and control group(53 cases, routine nursing). The postoperative recovery, lung function and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative extubation time and hospitalization time of the high-quality nursing group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).1 week after surgery, the forced vital capacity(FVC)and forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1)of the high-quality nursing group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the high-quality nursing group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Perioperative high-quality nursing can promote the recovery of pulmonary function in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis surgery, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and promote postoperative recovery.
