Impact of Cluster Nursing on Quality of Life and Complications of Patients with Postpartum Hemorrhage
Objective To explore the impact of cluster nursing on quality of life and complications of patients with postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 100 patients with postpartum hemorrhage were randomly divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(routine nursing + cluster nursing),with 50 cases in each group. The recovery time of physical signs, hospitalization time, quality of life, and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The recovery time of physical signs and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the QOL scale scores of pain, appetite, sleep, energy and action in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.00%,lower than 24.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Cluster nursing can significantly accelerate the recovery process of patients with postpartum hemorrhage, improve the quality of life, and reduce the risk of complications.
