Application of Respiratory Function Intensive Training Combined with Continuous Care Program in Nursing of Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
Objective To explore the application effect of respiratory function intensive training combined with continuous care program in nursing of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 112 COPD patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 56 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given respiratory function intensive training combined with continuous care program on the basis of the control group. Results After intervention, the FEV1,FVC,MVV and 6MWT distance of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the Borg scale score and SGRQ score were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Respiratory function intensive training combined with the continuous care program can significantly improve the lung function, motor function, respiratory function and quality of life of COPD patients.
