Application of Focused Solution Model in the Nursing of Colorectal Cancer Chemotherapy Patients and the Impact on Psychological State and Adverse Reaction Risk
Objective To explore the application effect of focused solution model in the nursing of colorectal cancer chemotherapy patients and the impact on psychological state and adverse reaction risk.Methods 120 colorectal cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing during chemotherapy,and the observation group received focused solution model nursing.The psychological state,compliance and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the observation group was 95.00%,higher than 83.33%of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions during chemotherapy in the observation group was 5.00%,lower than 18.33%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Focused solution model in the nursing of colorectal cancer chemotherapy patients can improve the psychological state and chemotherapy compliance,and reduce the risk of adverse reactions during chemotherapy.
