Impact of Timely Incentive Nursing on Mental Resilience and Quality of Life in Patients with Craniocerebral Injury
Objective To explore the effect of timely incentive nursing on mental resilience and quality of life in patients with craniocerebral injury.Methods 118 patients with craniocerebral injury admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to August 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 59 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received timely incentive nursing.The psychological resilience and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of strength,tenacity and optimism in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Timely incentive nursing can enhance the mental resilience and improve the quality of life of patients with craniocerebral injury.
