摘要
目的 探讨时效性激励护理对颅脑损伤患者心理弹性及生活质量的影响.方法 选取 2020 年 5 月至 2021 年 8 月我院收治的 118 例颅脑损伤患者,随机分为两组各 59 例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用时效性激励护理.比较两组患者的心理弹性及生活质量.结果 护理后,观察组力量性、坚韧性、乐观性评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).护理后,观察组生活质量各维度评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 时效性激励护理可增强颅脑损伤患者的心理弹性,提升其生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of timely incentive nursing on mental resilience and quality of life in patients with craniocerebral injury.Methods 118 patients with craniocerebral injury admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to August 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 59 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received timely incentive nursing.The psychological resilience and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of strength,tenacity and optimism in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Timely incentive nursing can enhance the mental resilience and improve the quality of life of patients with craniocerebral injury.
