Impact of Colostrum Oral Immunotherapy Combined with Oral Massage on Growth Development and Neurodevelopment of Premature Infants
Objective To explore the impact of colostrum oral immunotherapy combined with oral massage on growth development and neurodevelopment of premature infants.Methods 120 premature infants born in our hospital from February 2020 to August 2022 were randomly divided into observation group(n = 60)and control group(n = 60).The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received colostrum oral immunotherapy combined with oral massage intervention on the basis of the control group.The growth development,neurodevelopment and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the weight,head circumference,height and NBNA scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%,lower than 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Colostrum oral immunotherapy combined with oral massage for premature infants can improve the feeding efficiency,promote the growth development and neurodevelopment,and reduce the adverse reactions.
