Objective To explore the impact of PDCA cycle nursing on compliance and complications of patients with blood purification. Methods 72 patients with blood purification in our hospital from July 2020 to March 2021 were randomly divided into control group(36 cases)and observation group(36 cases). The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given PDCA cycle nursing. Both groups were given continuous nursing for 1 month. The compliance and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The compliance scores of medication, exercise, review, diet and full dialysis in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.56%,lower than 22.22%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions PDCA cycle nursing can significantly improve the compliance of patients with blood purification and reduce the incidence of complications.
