Impact of Comfort Nursing on Stress Response and Intraoperative Risk Events in Patients Undergoing Spinal Surgery
Objective To explore the impact of comfort nursing on stress response and intraoperative risk events in patients undergoing spinal surgery. Methods 100 patients with spinal fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing during the perioperative period, while the observation group received comfort nursing. The stress response indicators[heart rate(HR),mean arterial pressure(MAP),norepinephrine(NE)],incidence of intraoperative risk events, and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups. Results After surgery, the HR,MAP and NE levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of intraoperative risk events in the observation group was 2.00%,lower than 14.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 96.00%,higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comfort nursing in perioperative care of spinal surgery patients has better application effect, which can stabilize the patients'vital signs, reduce the stress reactions, lower the intraoperative risk of adverse events, and improve the nursing satisfaction degree.
