Impact of out-of-Hospital Health Management Procedure on Self-Management Ability and Quality of Life of Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction
Objective To explore the impact of out-of-hospital health management procedure on self-management ability and quality of life of patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods 80 AMI patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the enrollment order. The observation group received out-of-hospital health management procedure, and the control group received routine nursing. The self-management ability and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of self-management ability and SAQ in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Out-of-hospital health management procedure can improve the self-management ability and quality of life of AMI patients.
