摘要
目的 探讨院外健康管理程序对急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者自我管理能力、生活质量的影响.方法 选取 2020 年 1月至 2023 年 1 月本院收治的 80 例AMI患者,按照入组顺序分为观察组与对照组.观察组采用院外健康管理程序,对照组采用常规护理.比较两组患者的自我管理能力及生活质量.结果 干预后,观察组自我管理能力、SAQ各项评分均明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 院外健康管理程序可提高AMI患者的自我管理能力,改善其生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of out-of-hospital health management procedure on self-management ability and quality of life of patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods 80 AMI patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the enrollment order.The observation group received out-of-hospital health management procedure,and the control group received routine nursing.The self-management ability and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of self-management ability and SAQ in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Out-of-hospital health management procedure can improve the self-management ability and quality of life of AMI patients.
