摘要
目的 探讨基于互联网平台的健康管理结合稳定肌训练在颈椎病康复护理中的应用效果.方法 选取 2020 年 1 月至2022 年 12 月本院收治的 120 例颈椎病患者,随机分为观察组与对照组.对照组采用基于互联网平台的健康管理,观察组在对照组基础上采用稳定肌训练.比较两组的颈椎功能及生活质量.结果 干预后,观察组颈椎活动度及CASCS各维度评分均高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 基于互联网平台的健康管理结合稳定肌训练可改善颈椎病患者的颈椎功能,提升其生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of health management based on internet platform combined with stable muscle training in rehabilitation nursing of cervical spondylosis.Methods 120 patients with cervical spondylosis admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group received health management based on internet platform,and the observation group received stable muscle training on the basis of the control group.The cervical spine function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the cervical activity degree and CASCS scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Health management based on internet platform combined with stable muscle training can improve the cervical spine function and quality of life of patients with cervical spondylosis.
