Impact of Integrating Medical Care with High-Quality Nursing on Immune Function and Quality of Life of Patients with Pulmonary Infection
Objective To explore the impact of integrating medical care with high-quality nursing on immune function and quality of life of patients with pulmonary infection. Methods 74 patients with pulmonary infection were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received integrating medical care with high-quality nursing. The immune indicators, quality of life, and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between two groups. Results After nursing, the CD3+,CD4+,and CD4+/CD8+of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the SF-36 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.30%,higher than 78.38%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Integrating medical care with high-quality nursing can improve the immune function, quality of life and nursing satisfaction rate in patients with pulmonary infection.
