Application of Nursing Model Guided by Need Hierarchy Theory in Patients Undergoing Macular Hole Surgery
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing model guided by need hierarchy theory in patients undergoing macular hole surgery. Methods 60 patients with macular hole surgery in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the admission order. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received nursing model guided by need hierarchy theory. The self-perceived burden, disease cognition and stress response were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the scores of body, emotion and economic burden in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The cognitive scores of disease, surgery, prognosis and discharge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the heart rate and mean arterial pressure(MAP)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing model guided by need hierarchy theory can reduce the postoperative feeling burden and stress of macular hole patients and enhance the disease cognition.
