Application Value of Multi-Dimensional Nursing for Emergency Vertigo Patients
Objective To explore the application value of multi-dimensional nursing for emergency vertigo patients. Methods 96 emergency vertigo patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the enrollment order. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received multi-dimensional nursing. The vertigo degree, balance ability and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the scores of Dizziness Handicap Inventory(DHI)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).On the 3rd,4th and 5th day of nursing, the Berg Balance Scale(BBS)scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 2.08%,significantly lower than 14.58%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Multi-dimensional nursing for emergency vertigo patients can reduce the vertigo degree, enhance the balance ability, and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
