摘要
目的 探讨积极心理护理在肝癌放疗患者中的应用价值.方法 选取 2022 年 3 月至 2023 年 2 月于我院接受放疗的90 例肝癌患者,按照抽签法分为两组.对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用积极心理护理.比较两组的心理负担、负性情绪及癌因性疲乏.结果 干预后,观察组身体负担、情感负担、SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P＜0.05).干预后,观察组情感、躯体、认知疲乏评分低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 积极心理护理可缓解肝癌放疗患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,减轻其心理负担及疲乏程度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of positive psychological nursing in patients with liver cancer radiotherapy.Methods 90 patients with liver cancer radiotherapy in our hospital from March 2022 to February 2023 were divided into two groups according to the lottery method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received positive psychological nursing.The psychological burden,negative emotions and cancer-related fatigue were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of physical burden,emotional burden,SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of emotional,physical and cognitive fatigue in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Positive psychological nursing can relieve the anxiety and depression,and reduce the psychological burden and fatigue degree of patients with liver cancer radiotherapy.
