多维健康教育结合心理干预对初产妇分娩方式及产程的影响

摘要
目的 探讨多维健康教育结合心理干预对初产妇分娩方式及产程的影响.方法 选取 2019 年 6 月至 2022 年 6 月本院收治的 140 例初产妇,按照抽签法分为观察组与对照组.对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施多维健康教育结合心理干预.比较两组的应对方式、SAS评分、产程时间、分娩方式.结果 观察组计划-准备、灵性-积极应对评分高于对照组,逃避评分低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组第一产程、第二产程、第三产程SAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组第一产程、第二产程短于对照组(P<0.05).观察组阴道分娩率为 88.57%,高于对照组的 70.00%(P<0.05).结论 多维健康教育结合心理干预可增强初产妇的应对能力,缓解其不良情绪,缩短产程时间,提高阴道分娩率.
Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of multi-dimensional health education combined with psychological intervention on delivery mode and delivery process of primipara.Methods 140 primiparas admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the method of drawing lots.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received multi-dimensional health education combined with psychological intervention.The coping style,SAS scores,labor time and delivery mode of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of plan-preparation and spirituality-positive coping in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the score of escape was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The SAS scores of the first,second and third stages of labor in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The first and second stages of labor time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The vaginal delivery rate of the observation group was 88.57%,higher than 70.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Multi-dimensional health education combined with psychological intervention can enhance the coping ability of primiparas,alleviate the nagative emoations of the parturient during labor,shorten the time of labor,and increase the rate of vaginal delivery.
