Objective To explore the impact of multi-dimensional health education combined with psychological intervention on delivery mode and delivery process of primipara. Methods 140 primiparas admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the method of drawing lots. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received multi-dimensional health education combined with psychological intervention. The coping style,SAS scores, labor time and delivery mode of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of plan-preparation and spirituality-positive coping in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the score of escape was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The SAS scores of the first, second and third stages of labor in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The first and second stages of labor time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The vaginal delivery rate of the observation group was 88.57%,higher than 70.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Multi-dimensional health education combined with psychological intervention can enhance the coping ability of primiparas, alleviate the nagative emoations of the parturient during labor, shorten the time of labor, and increase the rate of vaginal delivery.
