Impact of Mindfulness Decompression Combined with Knowledge-Belief-Practice Intervention Mode on Psychological Resilience and Quality of Life for Patients with Severe Pneumonia
Objective To explore the impact of mindfulness decompression combined with knowledge-belief-practice intervention mode on psychological resilience and quality of life for patients with severe pneumonia.Methods 133 patients with severe pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n = 66)and observation group(n = 67).The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received mindfulness decompression combined with knowledge-belief-practice intervention mode.The psychological resilience and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of CD-RISC and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Mindfulness decompression combined with knowledge-belief-practice intervention mode can enhance the psychological resilience of patients with severe pneumonia,and improve the quality of life.
