Impact of Comprehensive Nursing Based on Problem-Oriented Mode on Exercise Ability and Sleep Quality of Patients with Interventional Treatment of Acute Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease
Objective To explore the impact of comprehensive nursing based on problem-oriented mode on exercise ability and sleep quality of patients with interventional treatment of acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods 92 patients with acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to April 2023 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(46 cases)and control group(46 cases). The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received comprehensive nursing based on problem-oriented mode. Both groups received continuous intervention for 3 months. The exercise ability and sleep quality of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the Fugl-Meyer score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the PSQI scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing based on problem-oriented mode can effectively improve the exercise ability and sleep quality of patients with with interventional treatment of acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease, which has higher clinical application value.
