Application Effect of 5A Nursing Intervention under Self-Management Oriented Mode in the Prevention of Lower Limb Deep Vein Thrombosis in Patients after Cerebral Hemorrhage Operation
Objective To explore the effect of 5A nursing intervention under self-management oriented mode in the prevention of lower limb deep vein thrombosis(DVT)in patients after cerebral hemorrhage operation. Methods 92 cases of patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to October 2022 were randomly divided into two groups, with 46 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received 5A nursing intervention under self-management oriented mode. The self-management ability, lower limb vein blood flow velocity, and incidence of DVT were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the ESCA score, and the peak velocity and average velocity of lower limb vein blood flow in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of DVT in the observation group was 4.35%,lower than 19.57%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions 5A nursing intervention under self-management oriented mode can significantly improve the self-management ability of patients with cerebral hemorrhage, accelerate the lower limb vein blood flow velocity, and reduce the incidence of DVT.
