基于FTS理念的多模式护理在妊娠期糖尿病产妇剖宫产围术期的应用

摘要
目的 探讨基于快速康复外科(FTS)理念的多模式护理在妊娠期糖尿病产妇剖宫产围术期的应用效果.方法 将2019 年 12 月至 2021 年 12 月于我院接受剖宫产手术分娩的 60 例妊娠期糖尿病产妇随机分为两组 30 例.对照组接受常规围术期护理,观察组采用基于FTS理念的多模式护理.比较两组的血糖水平、分娩指标及不良母婴结局发生率.结果 预产期前 1d,观察组空腹血糖及餐后 2h血糖水平低于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组术后住院时间短于对照组,产中及产后 24h出血量少于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组不良母婴结局发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 基于FTS理念的多模式护理可提高妊娠期糖尿病产妇血糖水平控制效果,减少出血量,缩短住院时间,降低不良母婴结局发生率.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of multi-mode nursing based on fast track surgery(FTS)concept in the perioperative period of cesarean section for puerperae with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods 60 GDM patients undergoing cesarean section in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine perioperative nursing,and the observation group received multi-mode nursing based on FTS concept.The blood glucose levels,delivery indicators,and incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results 1 day before the expected date of delivery,the fasting blood glucose and 2 hour postprandial blood glucose levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the production blood loss and 24 hour postpartum blood loss were less than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Multi-mode nursing based on FTS concept can improve the control effect of blood glucose level of GDM puerperae,reduce the blood loss,shorten the hospitalization time,and reduce the incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes.
