Application of Multi-Mode Nursing Based on FTS Concept in the Perioperative Period of Cesarean Section for Puerperae with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus
Objective To explore the application effect of multi-mode nursing based on fast track surgery(FTS)concept in the perioperative period of cesarean section for puerperae with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods 60 GDM patients undergoing cesarean section in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2021 were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine perioperative nursing, and the observation group received multi-mode nursing based on FTS concept. The blood glucose levels, delivery indicators, and incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results 1 day before the expected date of delivery, the fasting blood glucose and 2 hour postprandial blood glucose levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the production blood loss and 24 hour postpartum blood loss were less than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Multi-mode nursing based on FTS concept can improve the control effect of blood glucose level of GDM puerperae, reduce the blood loss, shorten the hospitalization time, and reduce the incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes.
