摘要

目的 探讨 2 型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血乳酸水平与糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的关系.方法 选择 2023 年 2 月至2023 年 7 月我院收治的 145 例T2DM患者,根据病史及辅助检查结果分为伴DR组(n = 60)、不伴DR组(n = 85).收集患者临床资料,分析血液生化指标及血乳酸水平与DR的关系.结果 伴DR组的T2DM病程明显长于不伴DR组,血乳酸水平明显高于不伴DR组(P<0.05).二元Logistic回归分析结果显示T2DM病程及血乳酸水平是DR的危险因素(P<0.05).结论 血乳酸水平升高是DR的危险因素.

Abstract

Objective To explore the correlation between blood lactate level and diabetic retinopathy(DR)among patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods 145 T2DM patients admitted to our hospital from February 2023 to July 2023 were selected and divided into DR group(n = 60)and non-DR group(n = 85)according to the medical history and auxiliary examination results.The general data of all patients were collected,and the relation of biochemical indicators and blood lactate level with diabetic retinopathy was analyzed.Results The T2DM duration of DR group was significantly longer than that of the non-DR group,and the blood lactate level was significantly higher than that of the non-DR group(P<0.05).Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that T2DM duration and serum lactate level were the risk factors for DR(P<0.05).Conclusions Elevated serum lactate level is a risk factor for DR.
